Who runs the questionnaire

What we store and how we use it

Answers in progress are temporarily kept only in your current browser tab so that refreshing the page does not lose them. The draft is removed after successful submission, or after 24 hours when you next open the questionnaire. This temporary storage is tied to that browser tab. We receive your answers only when you submit them.

We store your choice of brand or creator, your answers, the time of submission and your chosen type of follow-up contact. Brand answers cover the brand, online store, content and advertising. Creator answers cover how you create, social networks, an optional portfolio, topics, languages, experience, challenges, preferred compensation and capacity. We use the results to research needs, improve Rocket Juice and prepare a pilot. Do not enter your customers’ data or other sensitive information in open text fields.

We only need your name and email if you request a demo, a conversation, information or participation in a pilot, or voluntarily opt in to updates. You can submit the questionnaire without personal contact details. However, your brand, website, profile, portfolio or free text may identify you.

Requesting contact and subscribing to updates are two separate choices. Completing the questionnaire alone does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Who can access the answers

Only authorised Rocket Juice administrators can access the answers. Sites and Cloudflare provide the technical storage; we also use a private workspace in Folk CRM to process answers and follow-up contact. We do not publish names, email addresses or individual answers.

The administration sign-in is for the team only. Respondents do not need to sign in. We do not add advertising pixels or marketing tracking tools to the questionnaire.

How long we keep data and your options

We keep answers while assessing brands’ and creators’ needs, preparing a pilot and conducting any communication you have requested. When personal data is no longer needed for this purpose, we delete or anonymise it. Any further collaboration is governed by separate terms.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent to updates at any time. Your email address, brand name or the response identifier from your confirmation will help us handle your request.
